We are happy to ship merchandise to anywhere in the US, Canada or Internationally. Please allow 24 hrs for processing your order. Orders will only be shipped once payment is received. Our standard shipping is UPS Ground Service which takes 5-7 business days for in stock items, and 9-11 days for back ordered items. Shipping charges within the continental US for standard ground service via UPS are $10.00 per item. For orders placed after 10:00am MST (mountain standard time), please note the order will go out the following business day.
Additional charges will apply for other shipping options and for shipping outside the continental US. A $10.00 flat rate will be applied to ship to Mexico, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, and to ship 2nd day air. Canada (all other provinces except Ontario) will apply $10 flat rate shipping fee. A $5 flat rate will apply for cities outside of GTA. Mississauga, Brampton, Toronto, Oakville will be free. A $25 shipping charge will apply on international orders. A $40 shipping fee will apply for expedited parcels. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns/Exchanges

Foot Fettishs return policy is within 30 days for customers who purchase merchandise through the website. Customer's need to pay the shipping to ship the return back first. Invoice # and customer contact information must be included with return inside box, for better service.
If the return is caused by manufacture defect or receiving wrong shoes, we will be fully responsible for the mistakes, the return shipping will be reimbursed (Original shipping in original payment is the maximum, so please choose the return shipping method accordingly). No cash returns will be made only exchanges. Returns are not accepted on worn or sale merchandise unless pre-approved by management. If for some reason, an item that you have purchased is out of stock, you will be notified with the opportunity to select another item of equal or lesser value. You will also be given the option of getting a refund in that case.

International Order Policy

We are not able to provide destination country tax and duty charge if occurred.
Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. Footfettish.biz will NOT be responsible for any of the above Duties and Fees.
If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur:

1. The customer refuses to accept the package
2. No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package

We verify all billing information provided by our customers. Please enter your billing information correctly; otherwise, your order will be delayed for 48 to 72 hours.
